Collection station for non-perishable food items for the Little Pantry at St. Paul’s
State Tower Building Mailroom location secured
Bins ready to be brought over to location designed to be stacked and moved with a hand cart
Discussed need to create volunteer structure to organize collection and drop-off
Betsy and Mike discussed options
Looking at other location options in the future, but will currently stick with one location for now
Other locations mentioned: Sweet Praxis, Atrium
Easy to upscale if interest is there

Question was raised to group about any connections with a Lawyer because the Association needs to rewrite bylaws
Dr. Eric requested anyone with suggestion to let him know
Raised question of HSA becoming a C3 instead of C4 to better work with grants and funding?
Lekia suggested reaching out to Volunteer Lawyers Project of CNY, and will share her contact
Cha McCoy shared that The Communion is having extra tasting events during the holidays
Shop can also host events if people are interested
Sarah Tietje-Mietz shared info about the Window Wonderland contest
Ground level businesses in Downtown can decorate windows, public votes, and top 3 winners get a prize
Kara-Anne almost ready to open!
The Post building will be renovating spaces into new apartments
Betsy shared that the butterfly bushes in Hanover Square need to be cut
She will reach out to Josh at Parks
Lekia shared that Community Bank is a Torch Stop for the 2025 Empire State Winter Games
Torch stop will be January 27th , 2025
Bond, Schoeneck & King might also be a stop
